ASA is a copolymerization of styrene, acrylonitrile and acrylic rubber. Technically speaking, ASA not only maintains the main characteristics of ABS, but also combines the advantages of acrylic weather resistance, so that the application of the product can be extended to outdoor use. ASA film products are made of high content of ASA rubber powder raw materials. The products have completely passed the 12,000-hour weather resistance test. The color retention performance is many times higher than that of the current co-extruded materials on the market. The uniformity of ASA film is higher than that of co-extruded material, there is no color difference of thin spots, and no waste of scraps. Therefore, the ASA cast film production line has become a development trend at this stage.
The equipment features of the ASA cast film production line produced by our company:

1.The tension sensor and control system are used to ensure the tension control is ± 10um.

2.A complete set of servo motors and servo controllers make the equipment run more accurately.

3.The whole set of equipment adopts PLC, closed-loop control so it can realize one-key speed increase and is easy to operate.

4.The special screw design of the extruder ensures that the melting of the raw plastic material, the color of the product is uniform, and the extrusion volume is high.

5.The fully automatic cutting and rewinding machine has two functions: contact rewinding and gap rewinding. The winding tape has tension control, the adjustment range is 5-200N/M.

6.The full-automatic mold combined with the thickness gauge can more effectively fine-tune the melt thickness deviation in the transverse width of the die, and the thickness uniformity is guaranteed to be ±10 um.

7. The casting roll adopts the method of integral machining of the inner runner to ensure the temperature control within ±1 degree, and the rolling surface control accuracy within± 10um to ensure more accurate casting film thickness.
