Nitriding treatment of screw surface is an effective chemical heat treatment process, which can significantly improve the surface hardness, wear resistance, fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance of the screw.
Question: How does a PET sheet twin-screw extruder achieve crystallisation-free drying? What is the principle?
Answer: It is realised by vacuum extraction, our flat double extruder is equipped with one natural exhaust port and two vacuum exhaust ports, matched with vacuum pump set. The exhaust ports can remove a certain amount of moisture and volatiles during the sheet production process, and the vacuum extraction ports are connected to vacuum pumps, which can extract gases and volatiles from the materials through negative pressure, thus achieving crystallisation-free drying.
