Properly Store Thermoforming Packaging

Thermoforming packaging is favored by many businesses due to its lightweight, low cost, and good packaging effect. In recent years, thermoforming packaging has become a part of our lives. Whether it is food, fruits, toys, cosmetics, etc., we can see the shadow of thermoforming packaging everywhere.
For merchants who wholesale a large amount of vacuum formed packaging at once, many of them purchase vacuum formed packaging products that will not be used up in a short period of time, and some may just purchase in advance and store them in the warehouse for future use. But if stored improperly, some vacuum formed packaging products may break or deform before they are ready for use. Especially for products with vacuum formed packaging boxes, which belong to plastic processing and molding, it is important to pay attention to storage techniques. So how do we store vacuum formed packaging products well?
The first thing to pay attention to is the cleanliness and tidiness of the storage warehouse for vacuum formed packaging. It should be cleaned regularly. If the cardboard packaging is not tight, vacuum formed packaging products are prone to dust, so dust bags should be added when packaging vacuum formed packaging products.

Next is the environment for storing vacuum formed packaging in the warehouse. It is advisable to avoid placing vacuum formed packaging products in areas with sunlight, as they are prone to deformation if stored in such areas. Even without deformation, there is a possibility of discoloration.

Then, when stacking vacuum formed packaging products, it is best not to exceed three layers to ensure that the vacuum formed packaging products underneath will not be deformed due to pressure.

Also, do not place other heavy objects on top of the vacuum formed packaging products to avoid unnecessary compression and deformation.
When purchasing thermoforming packaging products, do not store them for more than one year. If you exceed this period, even if you store the thermoforming packaging products well, there will still be problems.

Hope it will help you a little.
